But something I love about it is that it really does kick the drama up to a ten and is enjoyable to watch.

This may alter in later episodes; nevertheless, Georgina and her family have had a public argument, with family members blaming her for leaving them when she got famous and started her life with Ronaldo.

When it comes to the other Love Is Blind callbacks, it was less eventful for me. But, all in all, Perfect Match opened my eyes to a universe of dating shows Netflix has and perhaps opened my eyes to reality TV that’s not going toward moments at the altar. Getting to know the personalities of Too Hot To Handle or The Circle without having watched the show first made me realize that I’ve perhaps denied myself more dating show content not revolving around weddings. It really took over Netflix when it came out and became a big hit, showing just how popular international shows are on Netflix.

Netflix’s newest dance venture features a bit of a twist on the traditional dance competition. Eight choreographers are tasked with creating intricate numbers for various members of the elite crew known as Dance 100. Each round, the number of dancers on stage increases, until the finalists find themselves choreographing for 100 dancers at once.

Okay, jokes aside about all these dating shows — this is genuinely one of the most light-hearted, wholesome, cute reality series I have ever watched. Unlike a lot of dating shows that primarily focus on just the sexual part of dating, or how many followers someone might want to get from being on the show, Love On The Spectrum is truly about love. I’m starting to think Netflix really likes making these dating shows. In this original, Dating Around follows different singles as they’re set up on five blind dates each. Also, never in the realm of dating, Computer Science Professor Ben went out with five women in a bid to find the love of his life.

Unsurprisingly, A Shot at Love’s massive popularity wasn’t because it presented some progressive spin on The Bachelor formula that broke down the socially defined barriers of gender and sexuality. It was because it catered to a straight male audience who wanted to watch hot chicks make out on TV.
